fully digital printing of text, barcodes, graphics and images in one to four spot colours or CMYK process printing. Production data can be uploaded from different data sources via a secure digital interface. Line stoppages have no impact on print quality or line efficiency thanks to onboard intelligence that ensures the current print cycle is completed ready for fast re-start. And all Hapa 800 systems are
full compliant with the FDA’s 21 CFR part 11 regulations.
The integrated product transport system ensures accurate product handling that optimises print quality. Printhead are pre-synchronised and mounted on a single plate; stitching is secure and doesn’t require on-site adjustment. There is an active vacuum regulation for best operation efficiency and consistent print quality. And the open data interface is engineered for compatibility with the customer’s infrastructure.
UV Flexo technology is also easy to integrate into each element of the Digital WhiteLines system, allowing you the option of operating two technologies either together or independently. When you need to change batch-specific information during large runs, use the UV DOD and UV Flexo technologies in tandem. Run the Flexo function autonomously when producing large batches that have no variable data. Or add variable data to blank or pre-printed materials using the digital technology separately.
